Our Aunt has lived here since 2016 and we are grateful
for the care she is given by all the thoughtful staff at Fountain Square.
In particular, I’ve been so appreciative of the special attention shown by
Lesley who covers reception and so many other aspects of communication and
customer experience. When I need to get medical appointments scheduled or
special care instructions distributed to the right staff she is on it…reliable,
responsive, kind, and trustworthy. As a family member trying to ensure our loved
one has what they need to thrive and in particular to get through some of the
challenges that arise in managing their care it’s so comforting to have wonderful
staff like Lesley there to facilitate the best outcomes. And the many other
staff buzzing around the facility every day providing dedicated care are our
heroes. It’s like having a team working right there with you.
